• Short bursts of quick movements such as running jumping or crawling
• Throwing, catching and agility
• Resistance training - pushing, pulling, chopping & lifting
• Whole body exercises!
• Warm down & Spinal Hygiene

• $7 for anyone currently attending any Healing Wave centre.
• $12 general public
• 6 session minimum. Can be purchased at any centre or at training.
